As part of her efforts to foster a love for reading among children, she established a library at her home in Dumi Gaon, Assangthang. Furthermore, she has been instrumental in the development of language, literature, arts, folk traditions, and the promotion of reading habits through the DG Reading Room Resource and Education Foundation, which she established in 2019.
